In Memory of...

Ta'Leon Goffney

April 8, 1982 ~ February 20, 2021

It was exactly one year ago this Sunday (February 20, 2021) that one of my all-time favorite porn-stars as a teen-ager, Ta'Leon Goffney (may he rest in peace) died after being briefly diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic colon cancer. He would be turning 40 years old this year.

Ta'Leon (stage name: Teyon) and his identical twin brother Keyontyli (Keyon or Kyle) Goffney were born in Camden, New Jersey, on April 8, 1982. They both began appearing together in gay pornography in their late teen years. It didn't take long for them to gain national attention and fame. In their third-year of gay porn twin-star success, they appeared with muscular gay icon Marc Williams. The film (VHS) was an instant best-seller and was soon re-released again and again!

Shortly after the twin's astronomical rise to gay stardom with the mega-great, Marc Williams, gossip and rumours began alleging an incestual relationship between the two. Both vehemently denied the allegation and the result was the collapse of their gay porn careers. Keyontyli always openly acknowledged his gay orientation whereas Ta'Leon always claimed to be straight (heterosexual).

In 2002, Ta'Leon was caught, arrested and charged with "breaking and entering" a commercial business in Pennsylvania. In a deal agreement, he admitted guilt and was sentenced to several years of confinement. Upon his release, he publicly admitted to a bisexual orientation.

Ta'Leon is survived by his two sons, Elias Paul Goffney and Noah Prince Goffney as well as his twin, Keyontyli Goffney, his mother and two younger brothers. His funeral and burial took place on March 1, 2021.

Rest in peace, Ta'Leon!

Versatility matters, guys! Be cool!
