Many men recognize all too well the obvious physical needs of the top-men in our culture. The enlarged and throbbing erection isn't very difficult to miss. They are generally anxious and always ready to insert inside the anus or mouth of a submissive partner and let "nature" take over.
What many fail to acknowledge is that the bottom-men have desires and needs just as urgent as their partner's and more likely than not, their satisfaction if overwhelmingly overlooked. The fact that they serve in the passive or submissive role for their top gives to many the impression that they are almost void of any sexual needs. As a primary bottom-man myself, I can assure you that this line of thought is nothing but a baseless myth!
In my earlier days of sexual activity, I was an exclusive top-man, and I know from experience that the sexual desires of the bottom is often equal to if not exceeding the desires of the top and his throbbing cock!
