There's no need for anyone to feel ashamed, embarrassed, guilty or otherwise pitiful for masturbation. It is a part of being a man and for having the natural urges that we're all born with - no matter if those urges are for someone of the opposite gender or for one of our own. Sometimes the need surpasses the instinctive urging and we have to release!
There's also nothing wrong with having another, a friend, fuck-buddy or a romantic partner to assist us in eliminating our tension on having a lot of pent-up frustration! The end results often make the build-up worthwhile!
