Rub It In: Protect Yourself!

"Rubbing it in" is what our man is doing in the above image. What is he rubbing in? Sunscreen, of course! Our bodies, no matter our racial or ethnic heritage, require sunscreen to protect us from the harmful ultraviolet rays of sunlight emitted. Sunscreen protects us from the ultraviolet light that causes sunburn (an inconvenience) as well as types of skin cancer (a far more serious condition that may lead to fatality).

Our man above is rubbing his sunscreen into his body before he goes outside and absorbs some sun. The best guideline in sunscreen application is to apply it before going outside and then again 30 minutes later. This double application helps to reduce the risk of missing a certain area of your skin. Then follow the instructions on the sunscreen label to guarantee proper protection.

The above couple are performing their second recommended application of sunscreen now that they have arrived at their beach destination. The dud on the left is allowing his partner (right) to douse his back and buttocks with the lotion. His partner will then rub the ointment into his skin. Not an unpleasant task for two men in love!

It is important to all of us to conscientiously remember that we need to have those parts of our body that receive minimal sunlight to be thoroughly covered in sunscreen. These areas include armpits, buttocks, cock, testicles, behind our knees and the bottoms of our feet. The safer the better!

Our man above is in the process of re-applying his sunscreen while already in the pool. The label on the sunscreen container contain the manufacturer's recommendations for how often to renew the lotion or ointment onto our bodies.

The two guys above are participants in a World Naked Bike Ride event. They, too, are in the process of applying protection to their bodies before proceeding on their bicycle journey! Good friends have no problems in sharing sunscreen with one another! Massaging the lotion into the skin of another offers pleasure for both individuals!

It is also important to remember to keep your supply of sunscreen with you if you're biking, hiking or jogging. Timelines are specific on ensuring continued sunscreen protection.

For those of us who enjoy summer activities outside while natural in nature, the use of sunscreen assures us of unlimited pleasure for the entire season! Protect yourself, guys! Remember to "rub it in!"

Versatility matters, guys! Be cool!
